Galloway, a 6-foot-5, 200-pound quarterback, played the last two seasons at Santa Rosa (Calif.) Junior College, completing 189 of 348 passes for 2,607 yards and 27 touchdowns in 10 games as a sophomore last fall. He is the stepson of former NFL quarterback Craig Morton.

Potter, an offensive lineman, played as a freshman last fall at Santa Ana (Calif.) College. The 6-4, 300-pound Potter will play either guard or center with Montana State.
